Hello,
I'm trying to empty the field "requestor" using mass update tool. However, emtpy the value is not possible. Only replacement will work.
Could you add the possiblity to update with an empty value ?

No, it is not possible to Empty a filed with multi-update.
No data in the field will just mean "no update".
Try to export / update in Excel (enter value NULL) / import.
