Hi,
It is very strange, I never faced this kind of issue.
First workaround is to install V11.4.2 from community version.
You should have your instance back
To help me analyse issue, can you check that you still have expected file
projeqtor/model/persistence/SqlElement.php
Please check that this file exists and that php user has rights to access this file, and its content.
If possible post this file as attachment on this forum.
Hi,
To be able to analyse what went wrong during upgrade can you please :
- check projeqtor log file of when you applied upgrade and post logs of upgrade
- check apache error log file of when you applied upgrade and post logs of errors if any
- post here some (not all, just 2 or 3) of the files that where upgraded (you'll see the list on your screenshot : view/objectDetail.php, tool/jsonQuery.php)
I guess there was an issue and you retreived errors instead of expected files.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply, first thing you should know, my instance is not down, i'm using virutal machine snapshot, so before any update, i'm doing a snapshot and if something goes wrong, i revert to the snapshot before update.
this post was made to inform you of this issue.
I will try another manual update later and i will answer all your questions to help you figure out what's going on. I will provide all files and logs you asked.
Regards
OK.
Great you are not blocked.
Hi
i tried doing a manual update again
Here is my projeqtor log file, there is nothing about the manual update in it

You want me to post some file that were upgraded, well, after the update, all the files that were upgraded are empty
Please note that, in the past, i used manual updated 1 time and i work perfectly. this was before updating to 11.4.2
Regards
Hi,
Thanks for sharing the issue report.
In fact it seems you cannot retreive data from projeqtor server.
I just tested right now and upgrade runs like a charm, no issue.
It seems your server cannot acces projeqtor server, but weird you can check subscription code (on same server) that is executed on every access of the subscription page.
Do you have any error or trace in Projeqtor log file ?
Hi,
No nothing was added in the projeqtor log files after update, you can see the content of the projeqtor log file on the top of my previous post.
Regards
hi, would like to inform you also, that, before i do an update i'm doing a virtal machine snapshot,
so, i did the snapshot
tried manual update, did not worked
Revert back the snapshot
But after reverting the snapshot, i opened back Projeqtor, went to subsription and i was no longuer registered with server, i could no longuer get the update
i reverted the snapshot one more time, and this time, when i opened Projeqtor, my subscription was OK.
i Don't know if it's related, but i tought you should know.
Regards
