For information, we have not the same problem with our application with PHP 7.1.
If we used projeqtor in PHP7.4 we have this problem.
No problem with your demo application.
We use EDGE.
We cannot reproduce, but we have implemented a workaround that will normally resolve your issue in V9.2.
Version 9.2 will normally be available at the end of next week.
