Check work on ticket.
It seems External Project Leaders changed real work.
He cannot directly remove work that he did not enter himself.

External Project Leader is not allowed to enter or modify any real work. (see attached print screen)
Other users (Internal) enter real work.
The problem happens since other users enter real work.
Before other users enter real work the external project leader can do everything correctly
The same problem happens with external project member

This issue is fixed on V7.2.7

We have tried and the issue is not solved with 7.2.7
We have tried with old and new tickets and the problem is the same :
If the ticket have received time spent on it then external users can not modify it anymore

Can you try and reproduce use case on Demo ?

We need External users to test our case
In demo there are not external users and the users with "external" in their names are in fact guests
And there is no possibility to add users

user created : external / external

With the user external in the demo version the problem does not happen
I notice that on demo : The profile of user "external" is [External]
and in our production configuration the profile is : profileExternalProjectLeader
Can this make a difference?

The problem does not happen when the external user uses Ticket(simple) instead of Ticket

No, it's the same.
The issue comes from profile not seeing Work part on ticket.
The external profile defined here works like standard "External Project Leader"
