When I launch the program for the first time, I get the following message: “Update in progress
Only an administrator can connect”.
By entering the commanded credentials
login : admin
Password : admin
I get the following message:
Incorrect connection parameters
When I connect to PhpMyAdmin, the projeqtor's database is empty.

Hello,
Try typing admin and not copying and pasting from a document to enter the user and password. This will avoid using special characters.
If it still doesn't work, have a look at the php apach logs

Can you please post Projeqtor log file ?
(apache access log is no help for us in this case)
Note that previous log file showed erroneous login name (must be "admin")
