During generation of a ticket report, the following error occurs.

2017-12-27 10:52:10.476 ** ERROR ***** [V6.4.4] cause = Illegal string offset 'Position'
Steps to reproduce:
- Follow-up
- Reports
- Tickets
- report for tickets cumulated - number of days
- export to pdf / show report

This is due to incompatibility with PHP7.1
ProjeQtOr V6.4 is not cxompatible witr PHP 7.1
Compatibility is brought on V6.5
