I tried to import MS project in demo V9.0.2 and found out that the start and end dates are not filled in to the validated and requested dates.

Yes, change of validated dates should be done through Projeqtro feature "Validate planning"

Moreover, I would like to ask whether it is possible to supposed to import notes from MS project as well?

I was note aware you coulde save note on MS-Project...

Could the start and end dates in MS Project be imported as validated/requested dates in order to keep the initial requested plan dates? 

FYI, for the notes, it is a defined field in MS Project.
