Hi,
one of the employees of my company can't save his timesheets or create a new ticket anymore.
Whenever he tries to do it, he gets the following error
and in the log file I can see this message:

Can you help me find the root cause and solve the problem, please?

have you planned an automatic sending of emails for the creation of tickets and the save of his timesheets?

I think this issue is fixed on V8.4.6
