if you log in as administrator and visit Imputation list page, you will see Adm projects until you select a Resource.
But if you refresh (e.g. changing week) I will see no project as imputationList uses current user id, and refreshImputationList uses id from the form.
A minor bug, but ...
I cannot reproduce such issue, or maybe I don't understand use case.
I connected as admin, go to RWA screen : No work planned (OK)
Then select other resource : get work for the resource
Then change week : : still got work for current resource
No issue on my side.
Did you enter ADM projects ?
If not, you cannot reproduce the issue.

If you want reproduce the issue, you must not select a resource.
What I try to show you is the different behaviour between imputationList, that uses current user id and refreshImputationList that uses id from control. So, please, leave it undefined.
I added requested screenshots.
But it is not relevant for me, I fixed it.
