hello,
i have this problem i can't to acces a databases " incorrect value for 'Log file name', cannot write to such a file : check access rights"
Can you help me,

You don't have issue with access to Database.
You have access with Log file name : your php server cannot write à log file.
You must grant write access to php user on location defined to store log files (default is projeqtor/files/logs) but you may have changed it during configuration
