one of my collaborators does not have all the leaves types associated with his contract.

The employment contract details : cf picture 1

the Leave rights earned : cf picture 2

some of the leaves type are not present/shown on his timesheet : cf picture 3

When i try to create for him a leave period "Seminaires", i got an error with the following logs :

I think you mix the two Absence systems.

We have a "simple" absence system that uses Administrative projects. 
Ansence can be entered though the Absence screen or directly on the timesheet.
(I guess it is what you see on your screenshot for timesheet)

We also have the Leaves system.
It is a much more complex way to enter Ansences, with notion of contract, rights earnes, xubmission and validation process of leave periods.
This is what you use on the 2 other screens.
On that system, leaves must be entered on the Leave Calendar, and will be displayed on timesheet when submitted (appears as planned work) or validated (appears as real work)
 

We actually use leaves system. We use only one contract for everyone. All our collabrators submit their leaves and the system works fine.
However, for an unknown reason, one of them is not able to submit all the leaves type.
only 2 of the leaves type are "usable" otherwise an error occur (cf previous logs shared)

Is he an Employee ?
Is he attached to contract type ?
Does he have a "end" date (quit) ?

he is an Employee
he is attached to contract type with "in progress" status and a start date.
He does not have a "end" date (quit)

another issue occured at the begining of the month : all the leaves rigth earned were reinitialised.
Could you please help me ?

Corresponding to your definition of leave type, period may have ended and new one has started.
