Hello Babynus
I was found a bug (or miss understanding) :
Context :
An activity was entered for a project "A" with 3 resources as affectation. We done the automatic calculation on the planning, then the resources see the activity in his plan.
We have changed the project "A" by project "B" (B is configured as administrative type)
I entered some time in "real work" for each profile.
I removed the hours for each resources in activity windows
I recalculate the planning
But the initial plan still active with both time the initial + the time putting in real work.
I tried to remove the time in real work and cancel the activity but the time in planning still visible while the item is done.
Have you any idea about this issue?
Thx
Thierry,
Have you any idea about this issue?
YES !
😛
Want the explanation ?
😉
In fact it's simple : Administrative projects are never planned !
So when changing one activity from Operational Project to Administrative Project, existing planning is never cleaned, even when replanning.
This should be includeed in some improvement : when changing project, if target is administrative, delete existing planning. I'll think about it.
Now, to fix your data : move the activity back to Operational project, set left work to zero, replan. You can then set back to administrative project : no more ghost planning should remain.

Many thx
