OMG I absolutely love this program... and I have the latest version,not sure if it's a PITCAK(problem is between the keyboard and computer(that's me) or something else is going on.
Issue: I was able to run the program/launch using the http://localhost/projectoria
I was enjoying learning/viewing the program...especially the risk analysis,
graphs, etc)....but now I can't seem to load it with
http://127.0.0.1/projectoria
( Getting SQL Error check parameter file)

also, I swore I saw http://127.0.0.1:8080/projectoria at one point working
(nah, maybe that's my imagination---but here's the question, am I having
a port conflict?(which I crossed referenced mysql config file and everything
"seems" to be ther?

Is it the program because MYSQL Error Log came back

The error you get does not come from Project'Or RIA.
The "files_get_contents" instruction appears nowhere on Project'Or RIA code.
Did you use your php server with another php application ?
If so, you may meet some session melting.
Clean PHP cache (should be in C:Program FilesEasy PHP-12tmp) and try again.

I rebooted my system so now I am in the Project program Login Page
before, I wasn't even seeing the following for Vista Users

I believe I need a password reset to default because I tried the 3 passwords login attempts below

I thought I could change this from the config_file but little to afraid to touch it
and to answer your question.....Yes, I originally used the Xampp files but it became to complicated for a novice like myself. My husband suggested I use what you stated in the Forum EasyPHP...that loaded, then I removed Xampp...maybe that caused the problem until I did the reboot (Port overload or something)
Yes, maybe when you installed EasyPhp the xampp was not completely uninstalled, so EasyPhp used a different port (in most case it will then use 8080).
To change it : on EasyPhp control center, click on the "e" icon, then select the menu "configuration" => "Apache" and look for "listen" directive.
To be able to call http://127.0.0.1/projectorria, apache must listen to post 80 :
Listen 127.0.0.1:80

admin/admin will let you in.
There is no password reset after 3 bad attemps...
If you cannot log in, try this :
- remove the file /tool/parameters location => next login try will lead you to config file again
- then change the database name to create a new one (or drop the previous one if you can do it)
This will get you with a brand new setup, with admi,/admin working.
