Hi,
In the association section, there's the "+" button to add a new association to a item. In the screen shown when the "+" button is clicked, there's a search button. When I click this button, a new screen is shown, and in this new screen, there's a "New" button which allows me to create a new item to be associated with the previous one (where the process started).

When using this "shortcut", the description of the new item created is not saved. 🙁 🙁

I've noticed this issue creating new Actions, decisions and problems. Did not tested with other types of items.
