with KANBAN, while passing to first state "in progress", i need to set responsible to activity.
But i just can set me, other resources in project can't be selected.
Look like :

i'm on a fresh 11.4.2 install.
Very strange.
I had a doubt about inheritance : I thought you had item on sub-project with allocations on parent project.
But I tested, on Kanban list of responsible is correct.
Are you sure your ticket is on the expected project ?
(you can check easily when moving mouve over name : it will show project and type.
I think I got it : you have Kanban of activities.
It seems list of responsible is incorrect in this case (restricted to current user)
