ProjeQtor is comprehensive, but it has a major problem: Its huge forms for projects, activities and even tickets.
These forms are too confusing overwhelming for the users.

This is a huge problems for small companies, who only want to get the job done with minimum fuss.
They do NOT want to capture so many parameters for each element.
But they cannot afford to buy the customization Addon costing 400 Euros.
(This customization is needed only once in a lfetime.)

Even the market leader MicroSoft Project has a very simple interface, which allows the user to run a project with minimal data.

Suggested solution:
Many solutions are possible:
1. Display the essential data (which is used in various formulas), and hide the rest.
2. Display the non-essential fields in a different color (e.g. gray)
3. Let the admin select between "Basic" or "Expert" views. Thus each organization can have its choice.
4. Display the non-essential data in a separate section, below the essential data.

Erratum : Screen customization plugin costs 500 € exVAT

If you use it, you'll dicover its power and will use it more than that.
But you pay for it only once (whatever the number of users)

This leader as you say, is not a Project Management software.
It is a Planning software. A good one indeed, but only planing, so features are very restrictive, and don't need complexity of real Project Management.

And get rid of our beautifull plugin ?
Sorry, but our Business Model cannot afford it.
We need a way to earn our living to continue and improve the tool.
If no-one pays, the tool will die in the end...

And should I add that the previouly named leader has other business model : you pay just to have the right to use it 😉
