Hi,
Something seems wrong in my V11.0.2 système with notication rules element.
The insert button 'operator" is hidden .

Hi,
Issue is not reproduced with the new GUI.
Please consider switching to avoid this issue.
Note that the OLD GUI will be removed in a next version.
