Hello,
i notice on DEMO that viewing portfolio Gantt was incorrect.
If no milestone are shown or not all milestone, or project don't start and finish on milestone, duration is wrong.
I create project Test1 to show it, project start on 2024-04-01 with milestone and finish on 2025-05-19 with last planified activity.
Showing Portfolio Gantt with no milestone show a project with no duration on 2024-04-01.
Showing with all milestones show project starting 2024-04-01 and finishing 2025-02-25

With V11.1.5 i can get right portfolio even with or without showing milestones.

Portfolio has issues displaying miletones on V11.2.1 (because of lazy loading)
Fixed on V11.2.2
