Hi,
Before, thanks for your previous response and Happy New Years Eve!
Then...
I've closed several meetings but it always appears in the liste of the meetings and in the planning. "Show elemnts closed" is not selected.

This issue is not reproduced on V4.0.6.
Which version are you using ?
