You should use freesan and not helvetica

i used the feesanse font but still same problem

Just to be sure, after changing parameter, be sure to diconnect, reconnect and try again.

i did as you said but still not solve

i am sure it's the font freesanse problem

because i was using another program which uses feesanse and i was getting same problem
when i used Arial font it solve the issue

I added 'arial' to list.
It will be deployed on V7.4.4

unfortunately i used the Arial font
it does not solve the issue
because the font does not effect on PDF

when i download the PDF it shows using hevatica font
