Here are two screen shots showing the problem. I tried periodic meetings on an other version of ProjeQtOr v 8.3.6 and it works. Why doesn’t V8.3.6 not work on an other installation ? My admin tells me that there is no configuration parameters.

Is there installation parameters that must be configured for the proper operation? What could be the explanation for the reason that the periodic meeting work with one installation of v8.3.6 and does not work with an other installation on a different server?

There is also a difference in the visual interface, V.8.3.6 works better with Firefox that with Google Chrome.

Can youj ckeck : meetings list ?
Do you have your 16 meetings ?

No, the 16 periodic meetings do not appear in the meeting list . se screen shoot.

So it's normal not to see them in the planning view...

Periodic meeting is just a shortcut to create several meetings.
Can you please try and change things in your periodicity to see if the generates the meetings ?
If not, please check for errors in log file and post it here.

No effect, I changeg the dates to increase the number of meetings and nothing changed, no list in meeting list and nothing on Gannt chart. Here is the error file.

It did the same, and got 16 meetings, as expected

As your project any specificity ?
Can you try and delete The Meeting to re-create it ?

I deleted the periodic meeting and recreated the periodic meeting in two separate projects and the same error occurs. see screen shot.
I have access to another instance of V 8.3.6 and it works well. Can there be something with the installation setup? the web browser used ?

Yes I have the rights, I tried wiith an project manager profile and an admin/user profile. I am able to create a single meeting in the project and it seems correct with total assigned hours.
