What report exactly? What do the projeQtOr logs show? those of the Browser Console?

Hi,

I can't test on demo environment because with guest user, i have no rigth to create activity and timesheet.In the Timesheet screen (Timesheet.png) on the first line table, you see for the date 28 november there is nothing time entry
 

But in the Timesheet validation screen (Timesheet validation.png) we see there is a time entry for 0.5 day.

As activity is deleted, it not possible to remove this time entry.

In the browser console, i seen nothing error, just a warning.
 

Problem with the visualization of the timesheets.
I detected another problem (i think). In the Timesheet, normally the lines we can see are just the activity planned on the week we selected to filter data but in here we see activities schedule in futur weeks.
In the screenshot of the timesheet, in blue the entered criteria, in green the activity lines that normally we should see and in red the activity lines that should not be displayed because they do not correspond to the selected week.
The purple color corresponds to the entry of the visible times for the resource at 28/11.

Have you already encountered this problem?

On demo you can connect as manager...

You issue is strange.
We fixed it on your DB, but this "work" item should not have persisted over activity deletion.
Do you have clue on how the activity was deleted ?

You can in the allocation sheet tools hide the elements which are not started yet. 
 

As for the time remaining in the allocation sheets, it has been correctly filled in. You just forced the deletion of the activity with real work.
Rather dangerous action that is generally left to an administrator, because this manipulation is not possible by default with the Project leader profile.

In the timesheet, even with the "Hide not started items" option is ckecked, we still see the activities that are not for the selected week.
 

I verified with my user (supervisor profil) and another user (project member profil) and it is the same effect.

"not started" is only relative to status, not to dates

Yes, but that's not the problem. An activity can be started with dates in the future but this implies either a time entry or an "in progress" status and therefore no effect on the planned dates, or because the actual start date is not in the future but now.

Whatever boxes are checked, activities in 2023 with start dates in the future are displayed whereas it should only appear the activities planned and where time would have been entered on future activities. But here, activities simply planned after week 48 are displayed. It is the same for the weeks after.
This is reproducible on the demonstration environment. See below.

What is the mangement rule for the display of activities on the timesheet according to the year, the week and the day selected as filter?
 

On Demo, if you select "hide not started items", these line are not displayed.
 

But once again, this parameter does not take into account dates, but status of activity.

Some lines are not displayed anymore but others are.
I understand after the different exchanges that the filters are not really used to filter the activities. It only serves as a starting point and then it is the status (a priori but no certainty) that the status comes into play (or not).

Could you see my previous question asking for the business rule on the screen?
