planning sets planned end date after validated end date on fixed duration.
To my opinion, it should keep start and end date same to validated, but distribute planned work on resources.

On fixed duration tasks, planning will try to set planned work reguliarly between validated start and end dates.
But in some cases it will not be possible : if one of the assigned resources has not enough availability on the period. In this cas, gantt bar will be red to point out that planned end date is not respected.
The program will not dispatch planned work over resources : this is a management operation that must be controlled and done manually.
Ah, I see. I saw the red bars in gant chart. From my pov it would be sufficient to display red bars and keep fix duration end date.
