Hello,
I have configurated an "Indicator per project" like this:
See "Indicator_per_project_configuration.JPG" attached.
I follow the activity and I receive email as soon as someone has recorded real work on it even though the progress has not reached 75% yet

Am I doing something wrong ? Or is there an anomaly ?

It is because you left warning level empty.
So any real work is more than 0% of validated, and warning is raised.
