i experience one issue using provider order and budget.
If i create a provider order linked to a project expense, then i can see the amount in corresponding expense and budget (as engagedFullAmount).
But, if provider order is cancelled (status "canceled") then the amount is still take in account for computing values so project expense and budget are false.
Expected behavior (or i am wrong) : value is not taken in account for canceled elements).
ProjeQtOr version is 12.3.2
Provider order status CANCELED
Related project expense still computing provider order's amount
Related budget still computing related project expense's amount
