I have a problem when I set up the system to send emails to ressources
that did not entered a full timesheet (Génération d'alertes si les imputations ne sont pas renseignées)
it works fine for the ressources working full time, but I have problem with the part time.
it is ok for ressources working 80% but not for ressources working 50%
In the global parameters the system is set up to send an email to the ressources that did not submit a full timesheet with the option « Oui, contrôlé globalement sur la période
For the first ressource , working 80 %, no problem : when she imputs a timesheet with 4 days, she doesn’t get an email, and if she inputs a timesheet with for instance 3 days she gets an email
But it doesn’t work for the second ressource working 50 % : she gets an email even if she inputs a timesheet with 2,5 days

What version of PrpjeQtOR are you using ?
I think we fixed some issue about rounding values to generate the alert, possibly you're in that case.
Sorry I should have told you what my version is. I'm running ProjeQtOr V10.0.6
I plan to upgrade to 10.1.3 as soon as it is available and to 10.2 as soon as it will be released.
I can check again once I'll be in 10.1.3 and let you know if it solved the problem or not

I'm now running version 10.1.3 and the problem is not corrected
for instance a ressource working part-time 50% and inputing 2.5 days receives the warning email
here are :
- the email parameters
- the ressource
- the values inputed
- the email received

Well that's right, alert should not have been sent.
Possibly the option to control globally was not taken into account.
Could you please try and stop/restart CRON to be sure ?
OK, I just I did a start / stop of the cron.
I inputed some work, and will let you know the result monday

I stopped and restarted the cron before testing
I'm sorry but it still doesn't work : I have 2 ressources, working part time 50% and 80% , I inputed a time sheet with 20 days instead of 2.5 for the 50% ressource and 3 days instead of 4 for the 80% ressource, and no email is sent

Alert is sent on Saturday only.
Resource that has recorded 20 days instead of 2.5 won't receive message as you selected "only uncomplete".
Second resource should have receive the Alert.
Are you sure :
- this resource has an email
- this resource has access to Timesheet screen

"Alert is sent on Saturday only" ==> yes I know and it works fine with people working 100% they get the alert on saturday
'Resource that has recorded 20 days instead of 2.5 won't receive message as you selected "only uncomplete" ' ==> oups, sorry it's my mistake : I wrote that the ressource recorded 20 days instead of 2.5 : it is a typing mistake : I wanted to write that the ressource recorder 2 days instead of 2.5 (see screenshots in the attached file)
Second resource should have receive the Alert. ==> yes and first too since it recorded 2 days (and not 20) instead of 2.5
Are you sure :
- this resource has an email ==> yes both ressources have an email, both the same : it is my email (both ressources are test ressources that I created only for testing purposes). My email works fine because I work full time and when I record less than 5 days in a week I get a warning email.
- this resource has access to Timesheet screen ==> NO THEY DO NOT : has you can see in the screnshots in the attached file these ressources profile's is "aucun access" (access to nothing) : I recorded their timesheet using my admin access. Since their are only test ressources that I created to test they do not need to access anything. Also there is no user associated with this ressource.. Could this be the cause of the problem ?

Yes, this is the source of the issue : we never send alert emails for incorrect Timesheets to resources that don't have access to Timesheet screen.
It's an evolution that was requested on the forum 😉

I'm not sure, but it may be required : have a test ...
I tested again and it works with part time ressources.
