Some projects are linked to a product & a version, but i do not understand why we cannot select those product & version in ticket screen. I precise that there i not date of validity for product & version.

Note that disconnection may be required to get proper list of versions after cration of link to project.
I noted your remark regarding disconnection, but i confirm that products are not available at all...

LSI products do not appear
I don't see standard section "Configuration", including Products, Components and Versions.
Did you customize the screen ?
If you show the standard Configuration fileds, do you see products ?
I customized screen by hiding this section
If i make it visible, no change regarding products availability
