Hello,
i'm facing this issue : i change status of project to "décommissionné" wich is a "closed" status :
The project is moved to status "décommissionné" but is not closed, only closed date is set but not status :
Note : if i set closed manually, ProjeQtOr said :
But nothing when changing status.
If y say "Yes" to the queqstion, status is correctly set for project and associated milestones.

Possibly the Milestones cannot bez closed for some reason.
Try and close them manually one by one.
