The black line of project in planning start after the first activity and stop before the last activity. I think black line depend on date in project and not the first activity, so when i reduce planning black line give wrong planning.
In picture you can see a project with 3 activity.

The "black" line is the parent item.
This line is not dynamically updated. It is calculated through planning calculation.
Run planning calculation to fix this.

OK, sorry.
In fact i think that yesterday when run calculate planning, the project list is empty. Today i see all project in the list. Calculate is OK.
