is it possible to delete an activity which already time has been booked to (even in database)?
We have an activity which belongs to an administrative project and at this activity resources get allocated to automatically. When we delete a resource and then go to the menu ‘real work allocation’ the resource still sees the activity. When you go back to the activity, the resource is allocated to it again. And even when a resource is not allocated to the activity and you go to ‘real work allocation’ and look for the work of the resource the resource gets allocated to the activity. But most of them didn’t book time to this activity. We just have this problem with this one activity and we don’t understand why this happens. So we were thinking just to delete this activity. Or has it anything to do with that it’s an activity of an administrative project?
For an "Administrative" project , all resources are automatically assigned for all project activities when it enters in ‘real work allocation' screen.
It is the normal behavior.
"Administrative" project isn't a sophisticated feature.
It's only for entering time not worked during the week (vacation,illness, so on).
