Hi,
This morning I updated my test environment, while discovering the new features I got something strange on my screen :

It happens when I'm on a certain user and not with my administrator user. Doesn't change anything if I refresh, disconnect / reconnect, move the window ect, I tested with 2 different computers.

PLUS : Happens in tab mode too and my version is 8.2.3

Is this due to me or the application ?

Thanks in advance,

Regards

Hello,

I can not reproduce the display anomaly.
This anomaly is visible elsewhere or only in the present case ?
And you use plugin Screens customization ?

Cannot reproduce.
I tested on Chrome, Firefox, IE and Edge.
Can you please try and reproduce on Demo, and then tell us :
- connected user
- id of item
- browser used

Ok, I just investigated a bit more,

I'm using firefox myself that's how I discovered the issue, so I tested chrome, it's ok, rows are showing.
I tested on edge, same as firefox. But with edge it's a bit better : I can see the last row closing the table.

I didn't notice the same thing in another location of the app, only in the linked element table.

Yes, I am using the screen customisation plugin.

And It only happens with a profile we created for our developpers, with less rights than the administrator profile.

Completly surprising thing, doesn't matter if I link tickets or activitys, It only happens with elements linked before the update I think, when I add new ones, the bug doesn't show.

It's not a blocking thing if it doesn't happen on new ones

Hello,

We definitely can not reproduce your issue.
We have come to the conclusion that this could perhaps come from the resolution.
Do you use a zoom on your browser or directly on your OS ?
