Hello,

Found a small HMI bug, I was able to reproduce on demo.

Steps to reproduce :

• Go on the meetings screen (also works with other like actions, milestones, projects...)
• Then go on the activity screen
• Pick an ongoing activity
• Start typing some text in the result field (also works with description field, but not for the name field)
• Click the "Go back to last item" button (arrow top left of the screen, not the browser one) 
• No message to save the changes appears, the meetings screen opens 
• Go on the activity screen again (by selecting it in the menu) or pick a meeting.
• The message "Ongoing changes are not saved. Please save or cancel before." appears now. But we can't save or cancel are we are no longer on the activity.
