Hi, I created a user in 7.2.7, Logged in as them to test and view what they could see. For this, I had to allocate a password other than the default. I then logged back in as admin, clicked on reset password and the reset box disappeared (and didn't come back when I disconnected and reconnected as admin).

It seems that on login page, if you enter wrong password once, then "change password" does not work. Ticket #3662 recorded.
If you enter correct password at first attempt, it works fine.
You can also change password on user parameters.
