When I activate 'Cloned enviriments' then the view in the left menu is wrong (see the pictures).
That concerns the list of types.

Try and go to screen "Access Rights" > "Access to forms" and save (without any change).
Diconnect / reconnect : it should be better.

I solved the problem.
I have set up the mysql database again.
The menu structure is now OK.
