Only the main admin can see Change History. When I connect with another user and try to activate it, it is not saved. No warning message. It is just not saved...

Hello,
What is your test case ? You try to modify user parameter 'display history' in 'yes' with user who are not admin and this is not saved ?

Yes. you can change it, clic on save, it looks like it is, but when you exit the menu, in fact it is not.
Anyway you don't have access to this menu as admin for other users, do you ?

This issue appears on V6.4.0 and V6.4.1 but is fixed on V6.4.2
