This error it's because you don't have access of a page of our own website on which we retrieve information.

I a new ProjeQtOr user, who installed the tool through Softaculous in a CPanel shared server.

I am facing a similar error, but the "red error frame" appears on the form section of the interface instead of the menu, as shown in the following picture:

Some important details:

• The red error frame doesn't show up on every form. For now, I found it on the following forms: Clients, Users, Teams, and Organizations. Forms like Resource and Contacts work fine. I didn't do an exhaustive test of the forms yet, though.
• I am also using admin account, but I can't test with another user because I believe this issue blocks me from changing the new user password (so I could connect with it).
• I am using ProjeQtOr v.9.4.3.

Finally, I'm sorry for reopen a topic already [SOLVED], but I found my problem so similar to the original (also a red error frame) that I found it appropriate to put it here instead of opening a new topic.

Hello to all.

After posting my reply to the original topic, reporting having a similar error with some of the forms, I continued investigating the issue. Today, I found out the general reason for the problem: it was a basic misconfiguration (my bad). 

As I am using a shared server, I should have selected to select the specific PHP version I wanted to use for my apps, but I didn't realize it until now. As I haven't had selected any PHP version, the system fell back to the server's PHP 5.x!

After upgrading the PHP version to my account to v.7.4, the issue was resolved and all the forms are now functional!

Now I can appreciate and experiment with ProjeQtOr!
