Hello, this maybe not an issue.
If you are meeting leader and your not assigned to this you cannot see meeting in timesheet.
If is not that, send more information like screenshot please.

all the ressources assigned to the meeting does not see it in their timesheet.
the ressources are all affected to the projetc.
we did also planning recalculation , the strange behaviour is that it appears in planning , it appears in the global planning and also appears in the agenda of each ressource , but it does not appear in their timesheet

there many possibility for this case :
- if your project is under construction you cannot view meeting fros this project.
- if active filter " Show only current week meetings" on timesheet and your meeting is on next week you can't see him.
- if your project type is "Template" you cannot see meetings ont his project.
- if you have an activity on your project, plan with plan mode "regular between date" and global parameter "do not start before the validated start date" activate, if your meetings is before this date you can't see him.

hello damien  , for your answer ,unfortunatly no one of those conditions is there, checked carefully and it is not the case.

finally i found the point in the configuration of  global parameters section imputation  the first parameter afficher uniquement les taches commencees was set to yes  as a meeting tha has not yet began it is normal that we see it in the imputaion screen , we set that parameer to no and all the meetings appeared in yhe imputation screen
