Minor issue (or evolution): if a user adds a note visible to his team (not public), I would think an admnistrator should also be able to see the note (and also edit, I would say) , even if he is not part of the team.
This would allow an admin to make corrections if needed.
Also, if a user has no team, the 'team' option should be unavailable to him, I think.

But this would show him notes he is not expected to see.
If some visibility restriction exist, it is to be applied to everyone.
Admin is an "technical" profile, he should no see private things.

OK, I understand indeed the difference for admin as technical profile, not necessarily "all-seeing" 🙂
Problematic use case will anyway be fixed by Ticket#1966, so that's good for me !
