I am unable to create an order to the supplier. I get this error message:
you do not have the right to create this article (Order to supplier)

It is well signposted. You don't have the rights.
Check the profile that you have been assigned to the sub-project and check that it has the necessary rights to do this manipulation.

I still have the right to create an order to the supplier in the control panel

What is the control panel called?

I am able to create orders to suppliers in master projects but not in sub-projects.

My user has a profile which was created. But this profile does not appear in the list of available profiles in project or subproject assignment
How do I manage this behaviour ?

You have a default profile with a set of rights attached to it. This profile can be modified with each allocation on a project, including sub-projects.
To fully understand the solution principles, do not hesitate to read the manual!
