When I pass my cursor over the report icon, the favorite reports menu do not display. The icon label too.
I tested with Firefox and Chrome on Linux desktop.
I have no error on client or server side.

Are you sure you added some reports as favorite (in the report form) ?
The favorite lsit does not display if it is empty.
The icon label too.
I confirm it is not displayed for this icon. I'll have a look.

icon label display : it was removed for Report icon, to avoid hiding part of Favorite list.
In fact it's not really anoying, so it is set back.
