"Global List" correctly displays planning elements but becomes empty as soon as one of the following classes is checked 'to be displayed' : Decision, Incoming, Deliverables, and (as a consequence) 'All elements'.
"Global Planning" is empty as soon as any category 'to be displayed' is checked (All, Action, Question, Decision, Deliverable). When nothing is checked, it displays the usual planning elements (projects, activities, milestones) as in "Planning"-only Gantt view.
I don't believe it is a permissions issue (project data access rights attached).
Which DB are you using ?
We had some issues with postgresql...
Which version or projeqtor are you using ?
We already fixed some issues on that point...
If you already use last stable version (V8.1.8), please check for errors in log file and post errors here.
