start livemeeting not working after upgrade to 9.22

I upgraded the app from 9.13 to 9.22 today.  When I go to meetings and click start meeting, I get an error message with a red background that says ERROR : An error occurred on 2021-09-06 at 17:08:49.  When i look at the logs i see the following

From the logs only when it started to upgrade to 9.22 it started to throw the following error.
