hi,
there is some wrong things until the last révision... the ticket creating with mailbox doesn't work anymore...

Hello,
I found the issue. I think it's not a normal works...
In custom plugin, I had add a field called "SAV" few month before, and I just remove it... Until I remove this field, the ticket creating by mailbox does not works.
I try this morning to add the field called SAV and ticket by mailbox work again.
