Hello,
i'm creating actions linked to a risk.
When i want to create items in todo list, i cannot set the responsible.
4 resources are allocated to the project.
1 responsible is set for the action (but i need to select it from "search an item, combobox is empty...).

Are you really sure that 4 resources are allocated to the project ?

This is symptomatic of project without resource allocated.
