Under Real Work Allocation page, we are unable to save any time against the 31st december 2012 (it appears in the week 1 of 2013 view). If we save a message appears saying no changes saved, if we move date and move back the time is back to 0.

Project'Or RIA campaigns for December 31 to be a holiday, in order to be fit for partying all night.
