Whereas the default test mail is been sent properly.
Find attached of emails sent since morning but are still pending. How can we solve this issue please email_to_be_sent.png

You cron is stopped and you used "group email" feature.
Cron process must run to send emails in background task
Okay, that's true my CRON was stopped. I just ran it.
How can I correct the problem with the "group email " feature please.
Because our aim is to enable everyone to receive notifications when ever he or she assigns a responsible to the ticket.

Disable the "group mail" feature in global parameters, of be sure the cron is running
