Hi Babynus,
I have to report a strange behavior of display in workflow. I could reproduce at your demo version.
If a user has parameter "display history = no", then display of workflow doesn't display all habilitations (see screenshot attached - I marked with a red circle around). Effect is, you don't see all workflow entries and switches. Workaround is, to set "display history to "YES".

This issue has already been identified.
It is Ticket #893, fixed and ready to be deployed in next fix version.
