Hello,
I have 4 vCPU and 8Go vRAM.
I see very poor performance especially on the login page.
The installation of ProjeQtOr is very recent.
The database is currently completely empty.

Try and set to "NO" global parameter "check for new version" (on system tab)

The latency you face is due to downloading of js files.
There is no link with volumetrics.
Check your network.
