Is it possible to show the time spent in working on a ticket in the information-mail ?
This information is often very useful and should be shown in the mail.

Its it wished the way it is designed : no information about work and cost are spread over the emails, as some recipients may not have this visibility (and format of mail is the same for all recipients).
It is important not to disclose throught emails information that is hidden otherwise.
