I think there is a user-right management problem in handling who can link a project to an action
in the 'actions' screen if I want to link an action to another element (élément lié) in the list "type of linked element" (type d'élément lié) the value 'project' is only offered if 2 conditions are met :
1 : the user I'm connected with has the right to access the projects (for instance with the 'reader' privilige) : no problem with that
2 : and the user has access to the 'project' screen : this doesn't seem right : it is not logical and in my case I want my user to be able to link a action and a project but i do not want them to be able to access (even as reader) the 'project' screen
